The weather can have a huge impact on getting your home set properly. Taking the right precautions and with a little patient, your home will stay stable and like new for years to come.

Footers should be dug and concrete poured in dry conditions. You also want to allow the concrete in your footers to cure, before installation of your home. This will help prevent future sagging and settling of home.(some settling is natural and to be expected)

Once you are ready for installation a frozen ground is a better surface for your home to be brought in on during the winter instead of a wet ground. Wait for your property to dry up or freeze after any inclined weather.

With regular maintenance and the right mobile home movers your home should stand the test of time.(please refer to your owners manual)
